Integrity, personal attention, communication, and organization are the foundations of the business philosophy of the three principals of Stonebridge Homes, Gary and Valery Tucker and company President, Todd South. Gary, Valery, and Todd have been custom homebuilders in Central Florida since 1989, constructing close to 200 custom homes. Once competitors, they formed Stonebridge Homes, a Master Custom Builder Council member, in 1996 to combine their collective talents. Since then Stonebridge Homes was selected to participate in the prestigious Southern Living Custom Home Program as well as multiple Street of Dreams events.
